Purchased via AvPlan website
When you purchased your subscription(s) on our website, you will have logged in with an email address and a password.
If you're already inside the app, tap Settings > User Settings > Username. If the app has paused at the blue welcome screen, tap the Login Details button in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Type your email address in the upper field and the password in the lower field.
If you're not sure what your password is, below you'll see a button marked Reset Password. This will get AvPlan to send out an automatically generated new password to your email address. Once you receive that, return to this screen, log in with the provided password and tap Sign In. You can then optionally use the Manage Password option in the lower section of the My Account page to then change it to something more personal/memorable.
Once you're logged in correctly tap Settings > Subscriptions. If your subscriptions don't return underneath the words 'My Subscriptions', tap the circular arrow button in the top-right of the screen to manually refresh.
Some users have logged in to the app using one email address and a different one on the website (or vice-versa). You can try the other email address, or contact email@example.com and we can do a search for which one has the subscriptions associated with it.
Purchased via iTunes (in-app)
If you purchased on iTunes and logging in (see above) doesn't return them, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Outline your login details and the text that currently appears in the User ID field within Settings > Subscriptions and we'll let you know the best method to resurrect them.
